Who provides the service
cloudaReview is a service of cloudacat. For any questions: suport@cloudacat.com.
What cloudaReview is
Un programari en línia per reunir les ressenyes de diverses plataformes (Google, Booking.com, Airbnb, Tripadvisor i altres), preparar-ne les respostes, també amb intel·ligència artificial, i publicar-les. El client és l’empresa o la persona que contracta un pla; la persona titular del compte actua en nom seu.
Connexió amb les plataformes
- A Google ens connectem amb l’API oficial i el permís que dona el client. A la resta de plataformes no hi accedim amb les credencials del client: les ressenyes arriben per correus reenviats, webhook o fitxers, i la resposta la publica el client.
- Les plataformes poden canviar les seves API o els seus correus; si passa, ho adaptarem tan aviat com puguem, però no en responem.
Respostes amb IA i respostes automàtiques
- Els esborranys amb IA són propostes. El client és responsable de les respostes que publica, també de les que configura perquè es publiquin automàticament.
- Cada pla inclou un nombre de respostes amb IA al mes. Quan s’esgoten, el servei continua funcionant amb plantilles.
Sign-up and account
- The account holder accepts these terms, the refund policy and the data processing agreement when activating the account. The manager cannot be used without this acceptance.
- Sign-up details must be accurate and kept up to date.
- The customer is responsible for its credentials, for the people it invites to its team and for what they do with the account.
Plans, prices and payment
- Price and limits are those of the plan subscribed to. Applicable taxes are added to the prices.
- The subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically for equal periods (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- If there is a trial period, nothing is charged until it ends.
- We will give 30 days’ notice of price changes; they apply from the next renewal.
Acceptable use
- Les respostes han de ser lícites i respectar les normes de cada plataforma. No es pot fer servir el servei per publicar ressenyes falses ni per contestar amb dades personals de les persones.
- Només es poden connectar fitxes i comptes dels quals el client sigui titular o tingui autorització.
- You may not attempt to access other customers’ data, overload the service or use it for illegal activities.
Customer content
Les respostes i la configuració són del client. Ens en dona només el permís necessari per desar-les, processar-les i publicar-les on ell indiqui mentre dura el servei. El client les pot exportar en qualsevol moment des de Configuració.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available and make daily backups, but there may be downtime for maintenance or causes beyond our control. Support is by email on working days.
Liability
No responem del contingut de les ressenyes ni de les respostes que el client publica. Llevat de dol o negligència greu, la nostra responsabilitat total queda limitada a l’import pagat pel client en els 12 mesos anteriors al fet.
Cancellation, suspension and termination
- The customer can cancel the subscription at any time by writing to suport@cloudacat.com. The account stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We may suspend the account for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. A suspended account can still be viewed and exported.
- After termination, we keep the data for 30 days so it can be exported and then delete it, except for what must be kept by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will give 30 days’ notice by email and in the manager. The account holder will need to accept them again to keep using the service; if they disagree, they can cancel at no cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be settled by the courts of the provider’s domicile, unless the law entitles the customer to go to the courts of their own domicile.
